Privacy policy

UK11Cluster stores account details supplied during registration, operator profile information, sessions, submitted spots, private member-chat messages and moderation records to provide and protect the service.

Public information

Callsigns, profile information and submitted cluster spots may be publicly visible. Member-chat messages are restricted to approved logged-in members and the moderation team. Do not publish sensitive personal information in profiles, spot comments or chat.

Online counter

The homepage online counter uses a temporary anonymous browser token to avoid counting the same visitor repeatedly. It is not used to display or store an IP address, and inactive visits disappear from the online count after five minutes.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Technical logs, removed chat messages, bans and moderation records may be retained to prevent abuse. You may request correction or deletion of your account, subject to necessary security and legal records.

Payments

If supporter payments are enabled later, payment-card details will be handled by the selected payment provider rather than stored by UK11Cluster.
