Terms of use

UK11Cluster is an independent 11-metre radio information service. Accounts, spots and chat messages must be accurate, lawful and respectful.

Not permitted

No impersonation, harassment, abuse, spam, malicious links, automated flooding or attempts to disrupt the service. Administrators and moderators may remove content, suspend accounts or apply temporary or permanent bans to protect the cluster.

Private member chat

The chat is restricted to approved logged-in members and the moderation team. Keep messages friendly and radio-related. Do not publish private or sensitive personal information.

Availability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or accuracy. Operators remain responsible for complying with the radio regulations applicable to them.

Optional supporter access

UK11Cluster remains free to use. Donations are voluntary one-off payments and are not recurring subscriptions. A qualifying donation activates optional supporter features for 12 months. Supporter status does not provide priority moderation or greater importance for spots.
